BIM City is a BIM consultancy based in Glyfada, Athens. For more than ten years we have delivered BIM management and Revit modelling on projects in Monaco, France, Morocco, Mauritius and Costa Rica — from a 2,255 m² school in the Alpes-Maritimes to a 90,000 m² development in Monte Carlo.
We work in the design and execution phases: writing the BIM Execution Plan, modelling to LOD 300–500, coordinating architecture, structure and MEP in one federated model, and checking models before they reach site. We work in English, Greek and French.

We set up and run BIM for the project team: we write the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), agree the modelling standards, build and coordinate the Revit models, run clash detection between architecture, structure and MEP, audit the models and produce drawings and quantities from them.
Autodesk Revit for modelling and documentation, Dynamo for automation, and IFC to exchange models with teams that use other software.
Yes. We organise information management along ISO 19650: a BIM Execution Plan, a Common Data Environment (CDE) and clear model checks before each issue.
From LOD 300 to LOD 500, depending on the phase: design models for coordination, execution (EXE) models for construction, and as-built information at handover.
